Final Project
Your Final is free choice. This can be misleading, however.
There are specific requirements that you need to keep in mind as you create your final prints.
-This needs to be your best executed work. The subject matter and carve should be more complex. This isn't day one and you are not just learning how to carve.
-You will print an edition of 3. That means will show 3 prints. Not one, not two, but three!
-The registration of the prints needs to be accurate. No tilted prints, no sliding prints, etc.
-The inking needs to be as even as possible. They shouldn't be over inked or under inked.
-Your prints need to have edition numbers, titles, signatures and dates. DO NOT SIGN IN PEN.
-Make sure they are clean. No smudges, thumbs prints, lino chips, etc.
YOU NEED TO BE DONE PRINT BY MAY 18TH SO YOU CAN PRESENT ON MAY 22ND (THE PRINTS NEED TIME TO DRY).
THE FINAL IS DUE ON MAY 22ND.
THE DEAD DAY FOR THIS TERM IS MAY 23RD AND IF YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR WORK DONE ON THE 22ND, YES, IT IS STILL CONSIDERED LATE (50% OFF).
